Start with the pack, then the questions

Seaways is looking for a small number of serious counterparties: an anchor lessee, a funding partner for the pre-FEED programme and first hull, a shipyard with box-girder semisubmersible experience, and a class society willing to scope a multi-application notation.

Enquiries are read by Seaways directly. Primary technical and commercial documentation is released under NDA.

What you receive

  • An information pack covering the architecture, the validation record and the leasing model
  • The pre-FEED scope of work and budget
  • The commercial model with assumptions stated and challengeable
  • Access to primary source documentation under NDA

What Seaways is looking for first

  • One anchor lessee. The application that funds hull one — most plausibly a hyperscale compute operator or a government water authority.
  • Pre-FEED funding. An eight to twelve week programme; scope and budget in the pack.
  • A yard relationship. Box-girder and semisubmersible fabrication experience, with slot availability for a repeat series.
  • A class pathway. ABS, DNV or Lloyd's Register engagement before design freeze.

Important

This website is provided for information only. Nothing on it constitutes an offer of securities, an invitation or inducement to engage in investment activity, a quotation, or a contractual commitment of any kind. Technical and commercial figures are indicative, are derived from historic primary documentation and from published market benchmarks, and require modern re-validation as set out on the Programme page. Any investment in an early-stage infrastructure programme carries the risk of total loss of capital, and prospective investors should take their own independent financial, legal and technical advice.
